About Our Show

The Green Screen is a half-hour TV series that broadcasts weekly on WBIN-TV within the Boston-Manchester market.

Created by current executive producer Bill Rogers, the series premiered in March 2011 and featured a mix of interviews with experts in environmental studies and sustainability fields. The show also featured segments that highlighted various green initiatives from around New England.

In September 2011, Rogers welcomed producer Michael Grosse to The Green Screen. Invited to take the helm of The Green Screen's second season, Grosse put his background as a producer and web developer to work by overhauling The Green Screen web presence and tackling the challenge of presenting engaging environmentally conscious material each week.

Solutions that save is the show's tagline.
...save carbon. ...save energy. ...save money.

By presenting the eco-centric stories and struggles of people, organizations, towns, states, cities, etc...We encourage our viewers to start saving these things in their own lives
